Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding methods of execution.

This legislation causes no increase or decrease in revenue, or additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government; therefore, this legislation has no fiscal impact. The legislature already appropriated $750,000.00 to remodel or build an appropriate firing squad facility at the Idaho Department of Corrections. It is not expected any additional funds will be requested, outside of monies already in the Department of Corrections budget.
