Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding allowable expenses for a birth mother.

Idaho law currently requires that any birth mother expenses over $500 that need to be paid are subject to court approval. This legislation will raise that limit to $2000, so visits to the court will be lessened. These expenses are not paid in cash to the birth mother.
