Amends and adds to existing law to provide for the use of American materials in certain state contracts.

Requires that products, including but not limited to, iron and steel are to be manufactured in the United States to be used to build and/or maintain public buildings and public works carried out by any public agency in Idaho. Also allowing for a provision that exempts the use of said products if necessary.
