This legislation amends Idaho Code section 37-2732 regarding controlled substances. A mandatory minimum fineisaddedforfirsttimeconvictionsofmarijuanapossessionofthree(3)ounces,orless,ofnetweight. Minors are exempt from a minimum fine for misdemeanor possession.
