Adds to existing law to modify eligibility for public assistance for pregnant women.

This legislation adds provisions regarding postpartum Medicaid coverage for women. by extending Medicaid eligibility for twelve (12) months for postpartum coverage to individuals who, while pregnant, are eligible for and receive Medicaid.
