Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding appointments to the Multistate Tax Compact Advisory Committee.

To amend Idaho Code § 63-3706, to remove the lieutenant governor as the appointing authority for the Multistate Tax Compact Advisory Committee and to replace the lieutenant governor with the president pro tempore of the senate as the appointing authority for the Multistate Tax Compact Advisory Committee.
