STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislation adds a new chapter to Title 19, Idaho Code, to provide for the enforcement of federal immigration law, and provides procedures for the Idaho Attorney General to seek equitable relief from a government entity found in violation of Title 19, Idaho Code, to include the denial of sales tax distribution funds.
