ThepurposeofthislegislationistoimprovethewayIdahoadoptsnewdatumsandmappingprojectionsdefining Idaho State Plane Coordinates and to align with modern uses of measurements and geographic data. It also will remove the requirement for an annual report. The performance report required of all agencies replaces the annual report.
