Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding certain agreements and compensation for damage by pronghorn antelope, elk, deer, and moose.

Wildlife populations are increasing significantly in some agriculture areas of the state. This produces more opportunity for damage to an array of agricultural equipment and land. Two areas of increasing damage are to center pivots and fall seed bed prepared ground. This legislation expands the ability of owners and lessees to file damage claims for irrigation equipment and seed bed damage.
