This legislation amends Section 74-124, Idaho Code, related to exemptions from public disclosure, specifically law enforcement records, by adding an additional exemption (g) which exempts disclosure of the identity of a reporting party for the crimes of child abuse, neglect or abandonment unless the reporting party consents to disclosure or the party's identity is required for any administrative or judicial proceeding.
