Amends existing law to revise requirements for the source matching funds for the Postsecondary Credit Scholarship Program.

33-405 provides scholarships for students who graduate from high school in Idaho and will attend college in Idaho having earned some sort of college credit (Dual Credit, Advanced Placement, Career Technical, etc.) The state funded scholarship must be matched by a scholarship generated from business. This bill clarifies how the matching scholarships from businesses are handled by postsecondary institutions.
