Section33-1206,IdahoCodegrandfatheredinteachingcertificatesthatwerevalidandingoodstandingprior toSeptember1st, 1947, andprovidedsomeprotectionforindividualswhoheldavalidcertificateissuedafter August31st, 1947, subjecttoanyamendmentstocertificationregulationsthattheBoardmayadoptafterthat date. It has been determined that this section is no longer needed. The proposed legislation would repeal this section of code.
