Appropriates $30,540,700 to the Agricultural Research and Cooperative Extension Service for fiscal year 2017; and exempts object transfer limitations.

This is the FY 2017 appropriation to the Agricultural Research and Extension Service at the University of Idaho in the amount of $30,540,700. This appropriation provides for increased cost of benefits, a 3% change in employee compensation, and funding for the 27th payroll. There is one line item in this appropriation and it includes 0.19 FTP and $27,300 for occupancy costs at the new Parma onion storage facility. Overall, this budget is a 6.2% increase from the FY 2016 appropriation.
