Amends existing law to add certain requirements for registration of a supplier of certain types of durable medical equipment.

The purpose is to amend the Idaho Pharmacy Act by adding additional requirements before being issued a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) license by the Idaho Board of Pharmacy and adds a definitionofdurablemedicalequipmentsupplier. Thisactaddsarequirementforsuppliersoflisted DME devices to have an accredited facility in the state or within 150 miles. It also adds that they have sufficient inventory and staff to service or repair products.
