Amends and adds to existing law to revise procedures for the consolidation of cemetery maintenance districts.

The purpose of this bill is to provide legal authority for cemetery districts to consolidate. Currently there is no authority to consolidate or dissolve cemetery districts. It is within the public's interest to provide a provision allowing cemetery districts to combine resources to provide the most efficient manner for maintenance of these grounds.
