The State General Fund will not see a reduction of $100 million for property tax relief in H304 in fiscal year 2025 – only for the years thereafter. All other changes in this legislation cause no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government.
