Stating findings of the Legislature and directing the Idaho Water Resource Board to work expeditiously with local water users to develop a comprehensive settlement regarding supply demands in the Lemhi River Basin.

The purpose of this Concurrent Resolution is to resolve issues related to the use of high flows on the Lemhi River consistent with past practices and Idaho Code. It directs the Idaho Water Resource Board and the Idaho Department of Water Resources to work with local water users to resolve issues related to the use of high flows on the Lemhi River. It also directs the Idaho Water Resource Board to issue a report on the status of the effort to the First Regular Session of the Sixty-Sixth Idaho Legislature.
