STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
This memorial states unequivocally that overpasses and corridors are opposed in Fremont County Idaho. The fencing is opposed along Highway 20 in Fremont County Idaho. This memorial serves to all that a reminder that a vote was taken in the County and 78% rejected corridors and fences along Highway 20.
