Amends existing law to revise references to federal law.

The purpose of these amendments to the Idaho Uniform Securities Act are as follows: To update references to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Securities Act of 1933, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. These federal cites address limitations to state authority under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and exemptions from agent registration for federal covered securities under the Securities Act of 1933.
