Amends existing law to provide for criminal trespass of a church and to provide a penalty.

Inlightofincreasinganimusandthreatsagainstreligiousworshiparoundthecountry,thislegislationrecognizes a specific criminal trespass offense for entering or remaining on the premises of a church or house of worship while the individual's presence is clearly not permitted. To be convicted, an individual must also be proven to possess the specific intent to intimidate, harass, or disrupt a religious service or assemblage.
