STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
ThislegislationamendsIdahoCode16-618makingclearthat,unlessotherwisedemonstratedbygoodcause,all interviews of alleged child abuse victims shall be audio and/or tape recorded. The current statute only requires such in investigative or risk assessment interviews.
