Amends existing law to provide for the treatment of certain property located within a revenue allocation area.

This bill provides that any data center as defined in Idaho code 63-3622VV(2)(f) making capital investments of least $250,000,000 in 5 years and creating and maintaining at least 30 new jobs in 2 years shall be added to the property tax base assessment roll.
