Amends existing law to provide that a county-wide highway district may operate and expand certain transportation programs and facilities.

This legislation amends Idaho Code, Section 40-1406 to provide that a single county-wide Highway District mayoperateandexpandanestablishedpublicvanandcarpoolingprogram,rideshareplatform,orpark-and-ride facility. When countywide highway districts were established, vanpools were not originally authorized.
