STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Combines all Idaho Code related to Homeowner's Associations (HOA) into a single new Chapter and Title, providesformeetingsandfinancialdisclosures,andprovidesforlegislativeintenttoprotecttherightsofcurrent and future property owners within a HOA.
