Adds to existing law to establish an educational reimbursement program.

The purpose of this legislation is to repeal and replace section 67-5339 in order to allow all agencies to utilize the Educational Reimbursement Program (presently named Loan Repayment Program). Currently, the Loan Repayment Program only applies to physicians, psychologists, and mid-level practitioners at state hospital north and state hospital south. By adding "claw-back" language, this statute will allow state agencies to offer eligible employees this incentive for recruitment and retention using educational reimbursement opportunities.
