Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the order of candidate names on certain ballots.

Candidate names for federal, state, county, and city offices are rotated on election ballots. For all other offices candidate names appear on the ballot in a random, but fixed order. The purpose of this legislation is to rotate candidatenamesonballotsinotherraceswherethenumberofregisteredvoterswithinapoliticalentityexceeds 100,000.
