STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
In 2015 the legislature moved the responsibility to print, publish and distribute the session laws from the Secretary of State to the joint publishing committees of the legislature, however, the legislation was left in Chapter 9, Section 67, Idaho Code. This proposed legislation moves the applicable code sections out of Chapter9(dutiesoftheSecretaryofState)andputstheminChapter5relatingtothedutiesofthelegislature.
