Amends existing law to establish provisions regarding content standards and curricular materials.

This legislation amends Section 33-118, Idaho Code, regarding courses of study and content standards for public schools. This legislation effectively repeals Common Core as a state requirement for school districts. When the State Board of Education uses Common Core standards, districts may adopt alternative content standards and associated curricular materials.
