STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
This legislation provides for the lawful use and possession of Cannabidiol Oil (CBD), if prescribed by a practitionerlicensedunderChapter18,Title54,IdahoCode. Registration,application,andfeesareprovided through the Idaho Board of Pharmacy and procedures to legally obtain CBD Oil.
