STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Authorizing a pilot program to implement remote distance testimony for Idaho citizens living more than 100 miles from Boise during the Second Session of the Sixty-Fourth Idaho Legislature to House standing committees as designated by the Speaker of the House.
