FOSTER CARE SYSTEM - STUDY COMMITTEE - Stating findings of the Legislature and authorizing the Legislative Council to appoint a committee to undertake and complete a study of the foster care system in Idaho and of the Idaho Code provisions governing the conservatorship and guardianship of adults, minors and persons with a developmental disability.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the Legislative Council to appoint an interim committee to undertake a thorough study of issues related to the foster care system and guardianship issues in Idaho. It authorizes the interim committee to report its findings and make recommendations to the First Regular Session of the 64th Idaho Legislature.
